Salut à tous ! ben moi aussi ne sera pas là pour le niveau 3 Sad
Bon il y en a qui peut-être ne vont pas me croire, j'ai trop de boulot, ben si ça ce peut ! donc pas possible de prendre une semaine de congés, de recup ou de RTT...etc...ou d'arrêt maladie...ou même de congés "grand-parents malade" euh ?? ça je crois que ça existe pas Rolling Eyes
PS : je n'avais pas pris le temps de le dire mais j'ai eu une pensée particulière pour nos 2 champions du Mont Blanc et aussi une pensée pour notre nouvelle "Marathonienne" et aussi à une pensée à tous ceux qui font des choses exeptionnelle dont je ne sais même pas ?!?! Rolling Eyes
Bon j'espère que ces quelques mots vous aurons amusé ou fait sourire Wink  et pis sinon ben fallait pas lire !!!
Sportivement ! enfin pour moi niveau sport c'est le calme plat depuis quelques mois....je fais de la moto mais ça je crois que ça compte pas Shocked  --> avec ce smiley il y en a qui vont peut-être me reconnaitre ???

alors on se mets à la moto, c'est moins fatiguant! merci pour ta bonne humeur!! en effet le conges grands parents malades ça n'existe pas mdr!
ma section hors stade explose j ai un tres bon groupe du coup je m fait aider!!
au niveau sport j ai enfin le feu vert donc reprise entrainement du vtt à la course de la rando aux abdos enfin cest le pied!! reprise tt de meme en douceur!

continue la moto n oublie pas a course à pieds sinon Mort de Rire tu vas prendre du poids!!!

comment sais tu que je prend du poids ??? bon c'est vrai sérieusement je dois m'y mettre, mes pantalons rétrécissent, peut-être ce dimanche. Mais il faut que je retrouve mes running Sad  il y a une manif. moto sur Reims tout le we ! alors ??? Rolling Eyes  faut voir !!!

Salut à tous,

Je ne serai pas de la formation non plus (raison familiale : on est chez Mickey avec les 2 filles).

De toute façon, j'ai quitté mon club, j'ai décidé de faire une pause, cette année je ne fractionne pas (pour l'instant, c'est vraiment super : que du footing valloné en nature...) et je n'entraîne plus.

J'ai mon dossard pour le marathon Nice-Cannes que je ne prépare pas, on verra si je prend le départ (pour quelques km)...

De notre côté nous allons à la formation, j ai eu confirmation de Jf pontier aujourd hui.

Le programme : marathon de Venise le week-end juste avant, avion le mardi pour rejoindre Andrezieux via Lyon et enfin la formation que nous attendons depuis Mars.

Je ne sais pas non plus des votres pour la session prochaine. Je parts en bénévolat humanitaire au Liban pendant 6 mois. Retour prévu mi avril 2009... donc c'est râpé pour le 2ème degré.
